Product Details:: The draped gown is made of black jersey fabric that is known for its softness and a certain degree of elasticity. The design features our signature Zwaan buckle made of Brass. The side cutouts accentuate the waist line and make for a stunning evening silhouette. There are two concealed side zippers. It is fully lined with cups.

To avoid causing damage to the environment due to wastage of fabric and textile materials, all our products are made-to-order. Moreover, we value the importance of fit and make outfits customised as per your measurements.

For this reason, we generally take between 18-20 working days to deliver garments while 10-12 workings days to deliver accessories within India. Our team is always available at sales@zwaan.in to help you track your delivery status.

FOR INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:

Most countries are shipped to on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis, which means product prices displayed are exclusive of all import duties. As the recipient, you are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you are in, payment of these at the time of delivery is necessary to release your order from customs on arrival.

GARMENT CUSTOMISATIONS, RETURNS AND REFUNDS:

FOR CUSTOMISATIONS:

• We offer size and color customisations in our existing designs. Kindly mention the details under 'Note Section' at the time of checkout. You can email us at sales@zwaan.in or contact us at 9979981147 for any customisations. 

FOR CANCELLATIONS, RETURNS AND REFUNDS:

• Cancellations for Standard Size can be made within the first 2 days of the order placed, after which we shall refund the amount to your bank account, details of which will need to be provided by the customer. There are no cancellations available on Custom Orders.

• Returns and Refunds are ONLY applicable in case of standard sizing and design. Write an email to us at sales@zwaan.in or contact us at 9979981147 within 3 days of the receipt of the product. The product needs to be re-packed in the same format as it was received, before returning it back to us.
  If the product is in its original condition i.e. -  Unused, and Unworn, the refund will be initiated and processed within 15 days of the return to the Bank account details provided by you for the same.

• Returns and Refunds are NOT applicable in case of custom sizing and design. If the order is placed in standard sizing and if you wish to get it altered to your custom measurements, you can always send it back to us.  We will alter it and send it across to you but additional charges would be applicable for the same.
  
  We aim for the perfect fit and shall co-operate in all ways possible to ensure your utmost satisfaction. 

• Products on sale are not eligible for refund, exchange, or store credit.

ACCESSORY RETURNS AND REFUNDS:

• Write an email to us at sales@zwaan.in or contact us at 9979981147 within 3 days of the receipt of the product. The product needs to be re-packed in the same format as it was received, before returning it back to us.

SWIMWEAR RETURNS AND REFUNDS:

• Refunds are not provided for items purchased from the swim collection (Illume 2.0).
• Exchange will only be possible for items within the swim collection (Illume 2.0) 
• To be eligible for an exchange, the item must be unused, in the same condition as you received it, and in its original packaging.
